For our arrival in Bologna first of all we have to thanks our lovely van, Romeo, which brought us until here working without bad jokes. We travelled with our brand new autoradio listening flamenco and one of our favourite italian singer, the psycomagic Battiato. For electric problems radio turned the volume down at every acceleration, anyway, music is a luck if you have to drive on highways, especially if highway works close the exit for Bolonia and oblige you to go until Modena and back. The fantastic conduct of Romeo depended also of our corageous partymeker-driver, Met, a little nervous at the end of the trip (but maybe it's normal to be nervous if a journey from Rome to Bologna takes about 7 hours).

Then we have to thanks peoples of XM24 for their great welcome, showing us the place and explaining their activities. We found ourself in front of an impresionant list of active groups of people working here, doing biological market every week, concerts, hacklab, italian lessons for immigrants, a street television, distribution of d.i.y. material... We also saw at the bar for the first time the autoproduct Coca Cola, called Benk Cola, produced by a collective of bretons anarchists!

XM24 recolect diferent realities of people since 2002, when it was squatted. Later the commune of Bologna, without written concessions, gave this place to his people.

Now we are enjoying waiting the party, that will be this saturday, and we have a lot of experctations! People of XM24 called it "Frivolity Party", knowing our style, anyay money obtained from the party will be for prisoners of Barcelona, like everytime, and for a Bolonia squatting colective.
